Our host Aditya Bal is on a quest to unearth the once-popular culinary traditions through thirteen regions in India.But these recipes are no longer found in cookbooks, old or new, and seem to have evolved with time. Aditya must turn back the clock and wade through folk and lore to find the original, Lost Recipes.
