Tea duelliert sich weiter mit Crump, dessen Geist in der virtuellen Welt die Gestalt eines Pinguins angenommen hat. Mit geschickt vorher berechneten Zügen bringt er Tea zunehmend in Bedrängnis.
Tea trifft den Pinguin wieder, der sie vor den einäugigen Monstern gerettet hat. Er führt sie in einen großen Eispalast. Dort trifft sie auf Crump, der nun die Gestalt eines Pinguins angenommen hat. Weil er Teas Körper übernehmen will, fordert er sie zum Duell in der Eis-Arena heraus. Tea friert sehr stark und kann sich kaum auf das Spiel konzentrieren. Yugi kann hören, wie Tea in der Kälte leidet. Aber da er keinen Ausgang aus seinem Labyrinth findet, kann er ihr nicht zu Hilfe eilen.
Für Yugi geht das Duell mit Gansley in die dritte Runde. Er muss sehr vorsichtig sein, denn einen dritten direkten Angriff würde er nicht überstehen. Als Gansley zum vernichtenden Schlag ansetzen will, kommt ihm Kuriboh zu Hilfe. Yugi nutzt die allgemeine Verwirrung, setzt zum Gegenschlag an und vernichtet Gansley. Tea kann ihren blauen, einäugigen Verfolgern entkommen. Aber hat sie sie wirklich für immer abgeschüttelt?
The curtain is about to fall for the last time. The final battle between Yuya and Reiji rages on. Dragons face off against D/D/D as the whole world watches. What will be the final fate of Yuya, Yuzu, and all four dueling dimensions?
Yuya finally listens to his other selves and summons all four of his dragons to defeat Jack. However, there is one final challenge before him in order to become a Dueltainer and purge Zarc: his rival and friend Reiji Akaba.
Jack appears to taunt Yuya over his fear of using his counterpart's dragons in fear of summoning Zarc. Unable to accomplish anything as is, Yuya challenges Jack to a duel while Reiji makes it so everyone can watch the battle.
Yuya arrives in the Fusion Dimension where he finds a distraught Shun. Like with Yuya's counterparts, Ruri and the others have not been resurrected following Ray's revival. Yuya tries to calm Shun down only to end up the target of his fury.
Yuya arrives in the Xyz Dimensions with Dennis as his next opponent. Threatening to turn the traumatized citizens of Heartland into cards again, Dennis forces Yuya into a duel against him and his Xyz/Fusion mix.
Reiji reveals that Zarc is still alive and Reira is barely holding back his malevolence. The world must be united and Yuya must purge Zarc's evil once and for all. Yuya is unsure. but Gongenzaka attempts to ignite his fighting spirit.
The battle royale continues. As Yuya keeps fighting, his memories start flooding back to him. Yuzu's dad suddenly remembers too as the rest of the world slowly begins to remember the Lancers and the battle against Zarc.
Things have seemingly returned to normal in the Pendulum Dimension, but Yuya gets the feeling that something is missing. Reiji has him duel against Tsukikage to restore his memories and make him finish the Lancer's goal for good.
Ray's soul possesses Reira so she can battle against Zarc alongside Reiji. Zarc boasts that he is the creator of Pendulum Summon, but Ray is determined to stop him once and for all using the four natural energy cards.
Leo's plan gets further and further to completion, which causes the evil inside of Yuya to emerge once more. Yusho stops the duel and realizes that Zarc's influence is hovering over everything, including Yuya's other counterparts.
Leo begins his final plan to fuse the dimensions and revive his daughter Ray. Reiji and Yuya team up to take down Leo, with Yuya resolving not to let Zarc be revived. Yusho realizes that even this is part of a larger enemy's plan.
Leo continues his story about how Zarc destroyed the original world. Leo's daughter Ray used four cards to stop Zarc and split the world into the four current worlds. He then reveals the true nature of Yuya, Yuzu, and the Arc Area Project.
Leo Akaba reveals to Yusho Sakaki how the four dimensions came to be.
Yuya and Yuto are struggling in their battle against Ruri and Serena and their Parasite Queen. The Doctor attempts to take control of Yuya using a parasite as well, but that only awakens the rage inside of Yuya once again.
