Young-hwa decides to help Jun-oh find peace in death, but when her dreams of the past cease, she feels disheartened. Pretending she still dreams, she lies to Jun-oh who quickly sees through her.

Though Jun-oh reveals his true identity, Young-hwa refuses to accept it. Conflicted, she replays past events and begins to suspect his words may be true. Jun-oh manages to convince her, but his disregard for her life enrages Young-hwa, who tells him never to see her again.

After witnessing Doha's spirit, Young-hwa is shaken and recalls forgotten childhood memories. As Jun-oh watches Young-hwa, he forces himself to let go of his lingering feelings for her recognition of him and steels his resolve to kill her.

Possessed by Doha, Jun-oh is unsettled, unsure if Young-hwa has truly recognized him. Meanwhile, Young-hwa dreams again and wonders if she only sees Doha because of her growing feelings for Jun-oh. Detective Min-oh, investigating Jun-oh's case, recalls Cheol-hwan and orders his whereabouts tracked. Concerned for Jun-oh, Min-oh arranges for Young-hwa to stay at Jun-oh's home.

"Eun-ho and Hyeri are the same person?! I have dissociative identity disorder?!" Hyeri cannot accept the doctor's explanation.

Eun-ho is a fourteen-year announcer who has remained unknown, while Hyun-oh is the star announcer of PPS. They dated passionately at work for eight years before breaking up. Three years later, the two have become sworn enemies who growl at each other whenever they meet at the station.

In the underground parking lot, Jae-yong is attacked in Hyun-oh's place and taken to the intensive care unit. The PPS evening main anchor seat becomes suddenly vacant.

Eun-ho and Hyun-oh embrace each other's wounds and confirm their true feelings. Back at the station, Eun-ho begins to see the real Hyun-oh more clearly. After confronting her past trauma and confusion over her identity, she steps into a new everyday life.

Hyun-oh finds Eun-ho in the forest where Hyeri once vanished and brings her back, but the Eun-ho he loved is nowhere to be seen. Is she Hyeri or Eun-ho.

Eun-ho disappears without warning after saying she will use up all her saved leave days. Joo-yeon becomes frustrated as Hyeri never appears again no matter how long he waits.

Eun-ho's identity keeps drifting between herself and Hyeri. The psychiatrist advises that they uncover the link between the two.

Eun-ho cannot believe that Hyun-oh is the one who saves her from danger. But Hyun-oh coldly tells her to live her life well without relying on him.

On the outside, Hyun-oh seems to have grown up in a warm and wealthy family, but he carries a secret pain he has never shared, not even with Eun-ho. He chose to break up with her because he could not bear to share his unhappiness with the woman he loved.

After blacking out from her panic attack, Eun-ho wakes up at home. Hyun-oh is quietly sitting beside her, watching over her. His gentle care reminds her of the days when they were madly in love, which feels unfamiliar yet comforting.
