Stunt one is for the dogs as contestants make their way through an urban assault training building and press buttons to raise 6 flags. Along the way, they would have to get past 4 trained attack dogs. Stunt two is a gas as they have to stay inside a room full of CS gas (tear gas). The three contestants to stay in the room the longest would advance to the final. For the final, they start driving a car next to a moving car carrier going 40 mph. When a horn sounded, they would have to drive their car up a ramp and into the back of the car carrier. The contestant to do this the fastest would be the Fear Factor Champion and win $50,000.

Next, it's a trash can buffet scavenger hunt. Teams dig through dumpsters and barrels to find items. The team to match four items fastest would win a four-day trip to Las Vegas and $20,000. No one would be eliminated. The final stunt is a real drag. Team members hanging on to handlebars attached to a helicopter and are dragged across pavement on their stomachs. They have to let go as close to the finish line as possible. The team to get the least combined distance from the finish line would win $50K. The home invasion stunt goes to Dubuque, Iowa.

Helicopter Jump Contestants would be riding in a helicopter as if flew 25 feet above a lake. As the helicopter flew over an island of boxes, they would have to jump out and try to land on the boxes.
For the first stunt contestants have to hang from a helicopter skit and drop into the water below as the helicopter flew over a buoy. Once in the water, they would have to retrieve a flag from underneath the buoy, swim with it to a platform, and clip it on a flagpole. Stunt two has them slug it out as they have to eat 10 live slugs and drink a shot of cow bile. For the final, contestants have to build a bridge on two cables from the top of one building to another and climb across the wooden slats provided moving them along the way. The contestant across the fastest would be the Fear Factor Champion and win $50K.
