Contestants have to complete the following stunts: Inverted heli hang/Horse rectum/Sky walker.

For the first stunt contestants have to hang from a helicopter skit and drop into the water below as the helicopter flew over a buoy. Once in the water, they would have to retrieve a flag from underneath the buoy, swim with it to a platform, and clip it on a flagpole. Stunt two has them slug it out as they have to eat 10 live slugs and drink a shot of cow bile. For the final, contestants have to build a bridge on two cables from the top of one building to another and climb across the wooden slats provided moving them along the way. The contestant across the fastest would be the Fear Factor Champion and win $50K.

Contestants must ride a motorized scooter across a narrow plank 100 feet above the ground and devour roasted reindeer parts. Host: Joe Rogan.

This was an extended 4-stunt episode. For the first stunt, contestants have to hang by their ankles from trapeze hanging from a helicopter that flew over 20 flagpoles. The have to release as many flags as possible. In the second stunt, they are strapped down and their left arm would be pierced by 10 needles which would get progressively thicker. In the third, it's eating 4 ounces stinky cheese crawling with maggots. For the final stunt, contestants shimmy out to the end of horizontal pole 10 stories high, grab a flag, and clip it on to a rope hanging overhead. The fastest would win $50,000

With $50,000 up for grabs, Joe Rogan introduces six new contestants to the first three stunts of the new series including the gruesome `Weenie Roast'.

Are you worth a Dam? Suspended high over a dam is a 350-foot long tightrope with flags attached. Contestants would have to cross the tightrope and collect flags while holding on to a higher tightrope for support. The two men and the two women to collect the most flags in 5 minutes would advance to the next round. Stunt 2 is a real Bee. The ones left are covered with over 200,000 honeybees. Once covered, they would have stand for 2 minutes covered in bees. All contestants who completed this stunt would advance to the finals. For the finale, contestants are locked inside a Plexiglas box full of holes and submerged underwater. Once a red light came on, they would have to figure out which of 2 keys unlocked the coffin and swim to the surface. The contestant to complete this stunt the fastest would be the Fear Factor Champion.

The remaining nine players will battle it out in the final stunts and compete for a grand prize of 100,000 dollars.

Thirteen players who had won before on Fear Factor during the second season competed again to compete for the Fear Factor Championship and 100,000 dollars prize.

Roof to Roof Jump Contestants would have to jump from a rooftop 10 stories high and clear 16-foot gap in order to land on a lower rooftop.

Sky Surfing The first stunt required the twins to work as teams. The siblings would stand on a platform suspended 100-feet above the crashing sea below.

Contestants would be required to strip down to their birthday suits, parade along the runway for one minute.

Six WWF stars, Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy, Test, Mighty Molly, Lita and Jacqueline, compete to win a $50,000 grand prize for charity. Host: Joe Rogan.

Playboy Playmates walk a tightrope 10 stories up, eat strawberries from an insect-filled box and retrieve glow sticks from freezing water.

Contestants must traverse a cargo net underneath a helicopter, eat pig rectums and walk an obstacle-strewn ledge 11 stories up.

Contestants must jump between speeding boats, retrieve weights from a tank of rotting squid and climb a flag pole 20 stories up.

Contestants ride a bull, eat cow brains and attempt to drop into a numbered lane at 40 miles per hour.
