For the finale, contestants are locked inside a Plexiglas box full of holes and submerged underwater. Once a red light came on, they would have to figure out which of 2 keys unlocked the coffin and swim to the surface. The contestant to complete this stunt the fastest would be the Fear Factor Champion.
The remaining nine players will battle it out in the final stunts and compete for a grand prize of 100,000 dollars.
