In the season finale, the two chefs and their respective teams participate in a final dinner service that will determine this season's winner.
The final two chefs must prepare two appetizers and three entrées to present to a panel of respected judges. The winner gets first pick in a team of chefs eliminated from the competition.
The remaining four contestants split into two teams. Each team has thirty minutes to replicate the sample dish using only taste, touch and sight.
The budding chefs create ten gourmet burgers, which are then evaluated by Chef Ramsay, Jean-Philippe and a row of judges associated with some of the finest restaurants in the country.

The teams submit to the annual blind taste test challenge. The winners spend a day at a water park while the losers make deliveries, grind peppercorn, change the oil in the fryers and peel potatoes.
For this episode's challenge, all of the chefs roll a twelve-sided dice to determine their ingredients. Each team produces one dish using all the ingredients named.
