The battle royale continues. As Yuya keeps fighting, his memories start flooding back to him. Yuzu's dad suddenly remembers too as the rest of the world slowly begins to remember the Lancers and the battle against Zarc.
Things have seemingly returned to normal in the Pendulum Dimension, but Yuya gets the feeling that something is missing. Reiji has him duel against Tsukikage to restore his memories and make him finish the Lancer's goal for good.
Ray's soul possesses Reira so she can battle against Zarc alongside Reiji. Zarc boasts that he is the creator of Pendulum Summon, but Ray is determined to stop him once and for all using the four natural energy cards.
Crow notices that Zarc is starting to lose his composure, leading him and Sawatari to up their game against Zarc's dragons. As dimensional integration is getting closer to completion, Reiji tries to convince his dad to stop Zarc.
Gongenzaka and Jack fight against Zarc next, trying their best to reach out to Yuya's soul buried in Zarc's darkness. A revived Crow and Sawatari decide to join in when Zarc's Supreme King Dragons swarm the field.
The four dimensions continue to unite as Zarc effortlessly crushes Sora and Edo. Kaito and Shun continue the fight against Zarc while people from Heartland and Neo Domino City start appearing in the Fusion Dimension.
Yuya absorbs all of his counterparts and reclaimed his true form as Supreme King Z-ARC. Starting to lay waste to the Fusion Dimension, Sora and Edo challenge Zarc to try and reach out to Yuya's spirit.
The four dimensions start to fuse together as Yuya continues to struggle against Yuri. Forced to discard his trump card, things seem hopeless. Yuya's friends then arrive to encourage him to keep fighting no matter what.
Seeing his father carded in front of his eyes, Yuya's rage reaches a boiling point as he accepts Yuri's challenge. But not only does he have to contend with Yugo and Yuri's dragons, but Zarc's ever growing influence over him.
Yusho's advanced Dueltaining manages to push Yuri into a corner and bring Yuya back to his old self. But Yuri is determined to complete Zarc's revival and has one nasty surprise in store for Yusho.
Reiji manages to defeat Reira, continuing on to fight Leo. Elsewhere, Yuri absorbs Yugo and aims to defeat Yuya so that Zarc can be completed. Yusho stands in for his son to fight the depraved youth instead.
While Yuri and Yugo continue their savage battle, Reira starts hearing the voice of Ray. Aiming to make sure Ray is revived, Reira stands against Reiji and the siblings begin a duel with each other.
Yugo and Yuri being their duel, with Zarc's shared influence forcing them into battle. To stop Zarc's revival, Kaito and Edo join the battle as well to hold back Yuri's powerful Fusion Dragon.
Leo's plan gets further and further to completion, which causes the evil inside of Yuya to emerge once more. Yusho stops the duel and realizes that Zarc's influence is hovering over everything, including Yuya's other counterparts.
Yugo meets with up the others and agree to work together against Academia. Yugo and Kaito head to the towers where Rin and Ruri are being held captive, only to face the guardians Apollo and Diana.
Serena, who appeared before the Lancers, suddenly betrays them and captures Yuzu while Yuya is forced to fight Captain Solo. Caught between useless cards and Solo's lock deck, things seem hopeless when more allies suddenly arrive.
Yuya and co board a ship to Duel Academy when Dennis catches up to them, aiming to defeat Yusho once and for all. A still vengeful Kaito meets Dennis's challenge as the two unleash their greatest monsters.
Yuya encounters his old foe from the Junior Youth Championship, Kachidoki. Kachidoki continues to use violent tactics and powerful Fusions in his Action Duels as Yuya tries to return a smile to his heart.
Convincing Edo, the Tyler twins, and the rest of the forces in Heartland to join their side, Yuya and the other Lancers prepare to head to the Fusion Dimension to find their friends and restore everyone who has been turned into a card.
As their duel goes on, Edo only becomes more conflicted of where his allegiances lie. Seeing Edo suffer, Yuya is determined to remind him how fun dueling can be and begins his greatest Dueltaining performance yet.
