Determined to carry out his mission to his hometown, Greiger uses "Flying Fortress SKY FIRE" to run Yusei down. In response, Yusei reads Greiger's strategy and looks for his chance to counterattack.
The first day of the Fortune Cup comes to a close. Before their Duel begins tomorrow, Yusei and Greiger have a friendly talk during the night.
Luna engages in her Duel with Professor Frank when she is called by a mysterious voice to protect the Duel Monsters Spirit World Seeing the turmoil evildoers are doing to this land, Luna must take all her courage and skill at hand to defeat Frank's trump card.
Due to Rex Goodwin's special permission, a consolation game is to be held. Luna is called to participate. Leo is unable to substitute and Luna reluctantly comes forward. Her opponent, Professor Frank, has a trip to the Duel Monsters Spirit World planned.

Luna and Dexter try to cheer up Leo after his loss to Greiger. They approach Yusei, who tells him the experience he got from losing should prove useful later on. Leo encourages Yusei to win, just before Akiza passes them. She glares intensely at Yusei as she passes. The other three quickly step out of her way. Leo wonders what her problem is.
The Fortune Cup has now begun. The first Duel is Luna vs. Greiger. But since Luna doesn't want to participate, Leo disguises himself and Duels in her place.
Yusei Fudo decides to enter the Fortune Cup, after Lazar blackmailed him to do so, if he wants to see his friends at Satellite alive. On his way, he meets up with his old friends from the Facility, Bolt Tanner and Yanagi and his new friend, Leo at the Daimon Area. Leo and his friend Dexter went to the Daimon Area in order to challenge the mysterious Black Rose.
Yusei Fudo is left unconscious after his harsh Duel with Trudge. The twins Leo and Luna rescue him. After Yusei regains consciousness, Leo demands a Duel with him. Meanwhile, Trudge waits outside in the hopes of capturing Yusei.
Yusei, who got back his Duel Runner and his Deck, continued his Turbo Duel with Trudge. Blister, who is witnessing the Turbo Duel, does not understand why Yusei is so determined to retrieve his "Bonds of Friendship".
In order to get back his Deck and Duel Runner, Yusei meets a man named Blister, but he is soon pursued by Trudge, who still wants to get his revenge on Yusei.
The curtain is about to fall for the last time. The final battle between Yuya and Reiji rages on. Dragons face off against D/D/D as the whole world watches. What will be the final fate of Yuya, Yuzu, and all four dueling dimensions?
Yuya finally listens to his other selves and summons all four of his dragons to defeat Jack. However, there is one final challenge before him in order to become a Dueltainer and purge Zarc: his rival and friend Reiji Akaba.
Jack appears to taunt Yuya over his fear of using his counterpart's dragons in fear of summoning Zarc. Unable to accomplish anything as is, Yuya challenges Jack to a duel while Reiji makes it so everyone can watch the battle.
The battle royale continues. As Yuya keeps fighting, his memories start flooding back to him. Yuzu's dad suddenly remembers too as the rest of the world slowly begins to remember the Lancers and the battle against Zarc.
Things have seemingly returned to normal in the Pendulum Dimension, but Yuya gets the feeling that something is missing. Reiji has him duel against Tsukikage to restore his memories and make him finish the Lancer's goal for good.
Ray's soul possesses Reira so she can battle against Zarc alongside Reiji. Zarc boasts that he is the creator of Pendulum Summon, but Ray is determined to stop him once and for all using the four natural energy cards.
Crow notices that Zarc is starting to lose his composure, leading him and Sawatari to up their game against Zarc's dragons. As dimensional integration is getting closer to completion, Reiji tries to convince his dad to stop Zarc.
Gongenzaka and Jack fight against Zarc next, trying their best to reach out to Yuya's soul buried in Zarc's darkness. A revived Crow and Sawatari decide to join in when Zarc's Supreme King Dragons swarm the field.
The four dimensions continue to unite as Zarc effortlessly crushes Sora and Edo. Kaito and Shun continue the fight against Zarc while people from Heartland and Neo Domino City start appearing in the Fusion Dimension.
