Later, with a change of heart, Professor Choi turns the table and puts Director Yoon in the light with unequivocal evidence.

The atmosphere in the hospital is tense, and everyone is feeling Director Yoon's wrath as a patient dies due to his bias for the wealthy. Director Yoon tells Professor Choi that Taesan will be setting up a cardiothoracic hospital in Russia and warns him that there mustn't be any complications with Han Min Sik's heart transplant. Meanwhile, Tae Soo and Soo Yeon worry that Director Yoon is up to no good. Director Yoon notices a newly listed child for a heart transplant with both her blood and tissue identical to Han Min Sik's. Later, a code blue occurs and the child, Yoon Seo, goes into cardiac arrest. If it weren't for Soo Yeon and Tae Soo, Director Yoon would have gotten his way and had her die. Luckily, Yoon Seo makes it onto the ECMO and jumps up in priority for a heart, putting Director Yoon in a predicament.

Later, Seo Yeon and Professor Choi debate over performing surgery on a five-month-old baby with Edwards Syndrome. Meanwhile, Professor Choi agrees to perform heart surgery on the presidential candidate, Han Min Sik, in return for a pediatric cardiology center. Despite Professor Choi's dissenting words, Soo Yeon performs the surgery on the baby with the help of Tae Soo. Director Yoon and Professor Choi approach Han Min Sik and try to coax him into getting a heart transplant at Taesan University Hospital. They promise he will be able to run through the primaries with a donor heart waiting at in the end. Meanwhile, each member of the OR does an interview.

Still suspicious of her father's death, Soo Yeon tries to find out more about the slush funds generated from the Africa Hospital project her uncle, Director Yoon, had operated. She even looks for the truck driver responsible for the accident but finds out he had left the country. Meanwhile, Hwang Hyun Gi, the patient saved by Tae Soo and Soo Yeon, starts to bleed profusely while being transferred.

Tae Soo returns to Taesan University Hospital under the consent received by Professor Choi and is scheduled to perform surgery on a very urgent patient the very next day. However, with Chief Koo picked as one of the doctors for the show Best Doctors, Tae Soo's surgery gets postponed. Meanwhile, Soo Yeon recollects the incident that killed her father and suspects it to be someone's doing.

However, Director Yoon agrees and approves the operation and for Soo Yeon to assist.
