Everyone has their own dreams. That of Smurfette is to meet the legendary Don Smurfo, the dashing, witty, swashbuckling hero of many an engrossing tale. The Smurfs shrug at this infatuation. But when a real-life Don Smurfo appears in the village and Smurfette snubs them all in favor of the bragging stranger, they take the matter a little more seriously.

But when Farmer Smurf pulls the gourd out of the ground he frees a genie, which calls him Master and insists on granting him wishes. The genie, called Gourdy, is going to be more of a hindrance than a help in his eagerness to please Farmer Smurf.
