Farmer Smurf is the reluctant master of a genie named Gourdy, whose enthusiasm for service is somewhat excessive. After yet another incident due to Gourdy's overzealousness, Farmer Smurf says something he shouldn't and Gourdy disappears. And guess who finds him? Well, it's Scruple, apprentice to the evil wizard Gargamel. And who should steal Gourdy from Scruple, if not Gargamel himself?
