Bobby Fong dominated Sunday's Baggers race, winning by 1.5 seconds over Hayden Gillim to take his second career Baggers victory at Brainerd. Tyler O'Hara recovered from a mechanical failure in Race 1 to take third, while Gillim's weekend sweep moved him into the championship lead.
Hayden Gillim won the Baggers Race 1 by beating Bobby Fong by 2.5 seconds with teammate James Rispoli eight seconds back in third. Gillim's Brainerd double also included his Stock 1000 win, making it a remarkable day of four races and three victories for the Kentuckian.
Hayden Gillim swept the weekend with another dominant victory, winning by 8.9 seconds over Kaleb De Keyrel for a perfect 50-point haul. The double win moved Gillim to within just eight points of championship leader Ezra Beaubier heading into the second half.
