Do Hyun despairs after realizing the things Se Gi has done. Chae Yeon grows even more conflicted over Do Hyun's sudden change in attitude. Ri Jin, like Se Gi once did, struggles to help Do Hyun change for the better, while Tae Im meets Seok Ho Pil.
Tae Im faints in shock after seeing Se Gi on the hospital CCTV in Cha Jun Pyo's room. Ri Jin decides to leave home, and Ri On reluctantly lets her go. Meanwhile, Se Gi demands that Ri Jin choose between him and Do Hyun, but Ri Jin retorts, “Then show me what makes you special.”

Do Hyun realizes that another personality exists within him and comes to understand that it's “multiple personality disorder.” Tae Im brings Do Hyun back to Korea to protect the family's control over the company. Meanwhile, Ri Jin searches for her missing patient, Heo Sook Hee, at Club Paradise, where she unexpectedly runs into Do Hyun — but he seems like a completely different person.
Hyung Joon promises Ji Young that he will always be by her side.
Ji Young, while preparing for Miss Universe, falls into contemplation as she sees other candidates pursuing their dreams. Ji Young takes sweet revenge on Manager Park, who visits her regarding a Dream Department Store advertisement model issue, thinking back on past times. Hwa Jung, learning that Teacher Jung has put her house up for sale to raise investment for new cosmetics, wavers over the issue of studying abroad.
Hyung Joon, realizing that Ji Young's birthday could become an issue, tries to find a way to protect her as much as possible. Hyung Joon tries to develop and sell a new lip gloss under the name 'V Cosmetics', but this too is not easy due to Kang Shik's interference.
The organizers of the Miss Korea pageant receive instructions that there is a problem with the Seoul 'Jin, Seon, Mi' monopolizing the main competition as the presidential election approaches. Director Ma and Director Yang move busily, but they sense an unusual atmosphere. During the training camp, Ji Young struggles due to Shin Sun Young's jealousy. Amidst her struggles, Yoon visits Ji Young.
The intensive training for the Miss Korea finals begins, but Seoul contestants Oh Ji Young, Kim Jae Hee, Shin Sun Young, and Choi Soo Yeon, who share a room, get into a big fight over a trivial matter and receive penalty points. Before the finals, Ji Young refuses to sign a contract stating she must become the exclusive model for BaDa Cosmetics if selected as Miss Korea, and Kang Shik threatens that it will be difficult to become Miss Korea if she doesn't sign.
As it is revealed that Im Sun Joo is an unmarried mother and her 'Jin' (Winner) qualification is revoked, Oh Ji Young learns that she can advance to the finals as 'Mi' (Third Place). The ViVi Cosmetics members and Teacher Jung are happy about this hard-won opportunity, but Yoon, seeing Hyung Joon and Ji Young growing closer, makes an offer to ViVi Cosmetics that is hard to refuse, leaving Hyung Joon in distress.
Oh Ji Young, having failed to place, cannot hide her disappointment, and Hyung Joon feels sorry for her. Director Yang, having learned all the facts, proposes to Ji Young that she leave Hyung Joon and join him to compete in the main competition after Im Sun Joo steps down.

Ji Young and the ViVi Cosmetics members go through a tense preliminary judging process. Meanwhile, Ji Young's family, realizing she went ahead with the Miss Korea pageant, appears at the preliminary venue and tries to forcibly take Ji Young away.
Ji Young, along with the ViVi Cosmetics members including Hyung Joon, begins serious 'Miss Korea' training. Meanwhile, Director Ma and Director Yang are surprised by the news that the Miss Korea pageant might not be held due to the IMF crisis.
Yoon promises to fully support ViVi Cosmetics if their Miss Korea wins, so Hyung Joon, Hong Sam, and Kang Woo search for beautiful women they know. Ji Young takes Director Ma's business card and visits Queen Beauty Salon.
Hyung Joon tries to launch a cosmetics business with the help of his wealthy friend Yoon, but Yoon refuses. Hong Sam suggests they save the company by creating a Miss Korea. Meanwhile, Hyung Joon seeks out Oh Ji Young, who was the queen bee in his high school days.
The relationship is finally mended... Seoyeong can forgive her father and understand all that he sacrificed for his children. Also, Migyeong goes to the U.S., Seongjae chooses a new career path and we have a double wedding finale!
