But Ujae doesn't turn up and just tortures himself at Seungu's party. Meanwhile Sangu and Migyeong make peace whilst Seongjae and his mother reach an agreement with Gibeom. In the end, Ujae talks to Samjae and is convinced to give Seoyeong another chance and sends her to her brother's wedding unaware.
Migyeong finds out the truth behind Sangu trying to break up with her and whilst Sangu and Hojeong sign up for a house. Ujae confides in his friend and is at the breaking point of telling Seoyeong what he knows... But will he get to confront her before Migyeong does?

Ujae continues to act strange to Seoyeong, Seongjae works hard to convince Executive Yun not to tell his dad, Migyeong can't let go of Sangu and Hojeong is planning to get married to Sangu.
Ujae tries to convince Migyeong to give up on Sangu to no avail. Samjae thinks that Sangu's breaking up with Migyeong because of him and comes to the hospital only to make matters worse. In the end Sangu has to make a drastic decision. Seongjae gets a new teacher for acting and Seoyeong reveals that there are things that she can never share with Ujae.
Sangu needs time to figure what to do with Migyeong. He seeks Seoyeong to hear her out about how she felt 3 years ago. Meanwhile, Seoyeong thinks something's wrong with dad and goes to see him. Minseok begins enjoying his second life as Gyeongho moves out and Hojeong gives up completely on Sangu.
Sangu is stressing about what to do with Migyeong. Minseok hands in his resignation and is freed of being a WINNERS director. Seonu keeps trying to get into Seoyeong's head by working on Yeonhui and Ujae and Sangu asks to meet Seoyeong in the end.
Migyeong finally ends up confessing the truth to Sangu with unexpected results. Seongjae continues to work hard with the Seoyeong doppelganger and tensions continue to rise at Unique law firm. Plus Minseok continues to be backed into a corner by work and wife.
Migyeong can't stand not telling the truth anymore and finally organizes the time to confess to Sangu with the help of her brother. Meanwhile Seoyeong finds out that she'll be in-laws with Sangu's hospital and takes drastic measures to once again try and ensure her happiness whilst Director Choi anxiously awaits his fate with the company.
Seoyeong runs into Sangu at the hospital dropping her phone and getting injured. Ujae panics at the news and goes looking for her. Meanwhile the battle for Ujae is surging on as Migyeong allow Hojeong to try what she would to get Sangu. In the end Samjae ends up having a drink with Ujae and Ujae asks him to tell him about his life.
Jiseon can't handle the fact that her son and daughter-in-law are so close even after a fight. Seoyeong gets angry and jealous at Ujae now and he couldn't be happier. Meanwhile Seonu continues to drive delve into Seoyeong's life for a weakness and Minseok continues on with his midlife crisis.
It's been 3 years since the last episode... Jiseon has a hard time adjusting to her perfect daughter-in-law... What every other mother-in-law would be happy about, she finds a burden and complains to Gapsun. Meanwhile Hojeong returns from the U.S., bringing back a man with her that she's sure her mother will accept. Migyeong is now dating Sangu and considering marriage whilst Seoyeong has to handle a major case and continues to grow weary of being a judge. Samjae is the one who is truly doing well with himself, having paid of his debts and worked hard to become a decent father. Perhaps he hopes for the day he'll be reunited with his daughter.
Seoyeong is determined to maintain her lie about going overseas. There is no way she can confess to Ujae that she lied about her father. Sangu is distraught at her decision but can't help her out. There is no way that he can disown his father no matter how much he has hated him too. In the midst of this Hojeong agrees to go to the U.S. with the promise that after she returns she can do whatever she wants. In the end Samjae goes to be a pretend guest at a VIP's wedding... The twist is shocking!
Ujae's mother goes on a hunger strike to try and prevent Ujae's marriage but in the end she strikes a deal that forces Seoyeong to back away. Ujae's at his wits end because he's done everything he can to win Seoyeong's heart. He knows she loves him and her pride and fear are keeping her away. In the end he decides that he can't do anything for her and leaves for the U.S. Meanwhile Hojeong tried desperately to meet Sangu one last time to return his handkerchief only to discover that his father's sick. She ends up nursing him and gets to see Sangu who confirms that he doesn't like her but doesn't hate her either. This is good enough for her.
Samjae continues to work hard as a hall manager to save money and face but ends up at the police station much to Seoyeong's disappointment. Hojeong gets busted for being in love which will lead to dire consequences for her. Seongjae finds out what's been going on with his brother and his tutor and why she has to quit. He relieves his stress the only way he knows how... Which is to go on a shopping spree... Just like his mother. Migyeong finds out the truth behind her boyfriend and Ujae gives up on Seoyeong in the end.
