Christos Nikolopoulos

Christos (Christodoulos) Nikolopoulos (Kapsochori, Imathia, 11 July 1947) is a distinguished Greek composer, singer and bouzouki virtuoso. His work focuses on folk songs, with obvious elements from traditional music. He composed many musical works and his well-known albums are very numerous (an extensive reference is made to his indicative discography) and some of the most well-known songs are: "Bats and Spiders" (1968), "Tonight I Hold You in My Arms" (1968), "Wildflower" (1972), "Night Stand" (1972), "I Exist" (1975), "At the Crossroads" (1977), "All the Sundays in the World" (1977), "Governments Fall but Love Remains" (1981), "Play Christo Urgently" (1982), "The Trucks" (1982), "We Are All Our Own" (1984), "Along and Alone" (1984), "The Salonikios" (1985), "Love All jealousy” (1987), “With a mouth full of kisses” (1987), “Syllabically - Whisperingly” (1988), “The night needs love” (1988), “Don’t speak, don’t laugh, Greece is in danger” (1989).
