Martine Simonet

Martine Simonet was born on January 26, 1943, in Bayonne, to an old Bayonne family on her father's side and from the Landes region (Mugron) on her mother's. She spent her childhood and adolescence in Rouen. After her film career, she moved to Jamaica in the mid-1980s, where she spent the rest of her life, running a small hotel on Negril Beach. She died in Montego Bay, Jamaica, on July 2, 2024.
