Jean-Sébastien Bernard
A writer and director, he began his career as a camera operator and director in television, before developing a highly personal filmography, notably through my production company LES FILMS D’ANTINEA. There, he directed short films such as LE HÉRISSON DE VERRE (43 selections – 2 in CNC Category 1 – 6 awards) and PHANTASMS OF THE LIVING (42 selections – 1 in CNC Category 1 – 7 awards). LE LOUP ET LA CHATTE, produced by INSOLENCE PRODUCTIONS and in co-production with 13PRODS, is supported by the CNC, FranceTV, the PACA region, PROCIREP, ANGOA, the City of Martigues and Alcimé. It has been selected for Category 1 festivals such as the MCM Festival, Off-Courts and Tous Courts in Aix-en-Provence. He continues to forge a unique filmography, straddling realism and fantasy, with a particular focus on direction. Jean-Sébastien Bernard is currently developing feature and short films.
