Shanice Williamson

Shanice Williamson is a writer and former paralegal whose path into Hollywood is a testament to reinvention and grit. After raising two sons as a single mother and working across federal and private legal systems, she reignited her creative spark through indie filmmaking and background acting. That curiosity led her to the Georgia Film Academy and eventually to production roles on The Morning Show, Candy, Bullet Train, Grand Crew, and more. A graduate of the Writers Guild Foundation’s Writers’ Access Support Staff Training Program, Shanice has worked as a script coordinator on an upcoming Bosch spinoff, contributing research and helping shape the show’s style guide. Her writing centers Black women navigating identity, expectations, and the courage to evolve. With humor, heart, and lived experience, she champions stories about getting unstuck and stepping into your own power.
