Dwight Schultz

William Dwight Schultz is an American television, stage and voice actor best known for playing the eccentric Captain "Howling Mad" Murdock on the 1980s action series The A-Team and the socially anxious Lieutenant Reginald Barclay across the Star Trek franchise. He is also well known in Animation as the Mad Scientist Dr. Animo in the Ben 10 series and Chef Mung Daal in the children's cartoon Chowder.
