David Finlay is a German-born American professional wrestler signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW), joining the promotion in March 2026 after leaving New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), where he competed from 2015 to 2026. In NJPW, Finlay led Bullet Club from 2023 until the faction’s disbandment in early 2026 and became a two-time and longest-reigning IWGP Global Heavyweight Champion, with a record 245-day second reign. He also won the New Japan Cup in 2025 and, alongside Juice Robinson as FinJuice, they won the World Tag League in 2019 and became one-time IWGP Tag Team Champions, while Finlay is also a one-time NEVER Openweight Champion and a one-time NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Champion with Ricochet and Satoshi Kojima. Outside NJPW, he is a one-time TNA World Tag Team Champion with Robinson and one-time POW Junior Champion. He is the son of retired Irish professional wrestler David Finlay Jr., best known for his tenures in World Championship Wrestling (WCW) from 1996 to 2000 under the ring name Fit Finlay and in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) from 2005 to 2010 under the mononymous name Finlay.
