Cecilia Edith Rotenberg Gutkin (geb. 8. August 1956 in Buenos Aires), besser bekannt als Cecilia Roth, ist eine argentinische Theater-, Film- und Fernsehschauspielerin. Sie wurde mit zwei Goya-Preisen und einem Europäischen Filmpreis ausgezeichnet. Sie gilt als „Almodóvar-Girl“ und war in den 1990er-Jahren die Muse von Fito Páez.
