David Owen

David Anthony Llewellyn Owen, Baron Owen, CH, PC, FRCP is a British politician and physician. He served as Foreign Secretary as a Labour Party MP under James Callaghan from 1977 to 1979, and later led the Social Democratic Party. He was a Member of Parliament for 26 years, from 1966 to 1992.
