James Livitski

James Livitski is a multidisciplinary designer and award-winning filmmaker based in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Known for blending surrealism, humour, and heartfelt storytelling, his work bridges the worlds of music and film. As a designer, he has created artwork for some of Canada's biggest musicians and art directed the season 2 soundtrack of Yellowjackets for Showtime. His artwork has been featured by Adobe, CNN, TIME, and Instagram. His directorial debut Lasagna Run, which earned him the NOMFA award for Outstanding Director, Short Format, marks his transition into filmmaking, combining his bold visual style with his signature offbeat tone.
