2019新冠疫情肆虐全球，香港電影業亦遭受極大影響，為讓香港電影從業員保有工作機會，十間香港電影公司聯手合拍的電影《總是有愛在隔離》因此而誕生。 史無前例，香港十間電影公司聯合製作齊抗疫。谷德昭執導，集合古天樂、成龍、梁家輝、吳鎮宇、林家棟等知名影星主演的抗疫喜劇。 一個風平浪靜的下午，格尼酒店突然被懷疑可能是新冠肺炎的病毒源頭，隨即被防疫中心勒令要全面封鎖，所有逗留在酒店內的客人必需接受14天強制隔離檢疫。眾人在酒店內隔離，但亦因此而令人與人之間的關係在不知不覺間拉近。大家共同渡過艱難時刻，更學會珍惜可能是最後的相處時光。
