出身多倫多的麥肯齊・金傳奇的一生。幼時神佛就不斷託夢給他的母親，小金金將來一定會成為總督的駙馬爺、百分之兩百篤定當上加拿大的新總理。不料在新總理選秀大賽中，他在「以尿簽名神鵰王」、「臨危不亂剪刀手」、「聞腋青年搔癢癢」項目中，都落居第二，即便在後來的「爆打寶寶爆豹王」 單元拔得頭籌，加上撒手鐧「每個人都可以得到未來總理致贈的楓糖胡桃冰淇淋（雙份的喔）依舊無法改變預賽結果。小金金坐等天上掉下來的機會，終於在「電音冰宮格鬥王」決賽裡揚起多倫多「憤怒」的緋紅旗幟，一舉消滅魁北克「溫柔」的邪惡勢力，以「失望」完成加拿大的統一大業。
