剧情
《迎頭重擊》故事敘述一名重傷失憶男子，在實習女醫生艾琳的悉心照護下恢復意識，什麼也想不起來的他看見艾琳正在閱讀《白鯨記》，決定將「以實瑪利」當作自己的姓名。艾琳用盡心力要幫助他恢復記憶，朝夕相處的兩人也逐漸發展出超乎一般醫病的關係。而此時過去的黑暗席捲而來，黑幫綁架艾琳，唯有恢復記憶才能救出摯愛。
