剧情
本片改編轟動全法國的知名懸案，描述一位單親媽媽基於對被告人的同情與好奇，她成功說服了名律師替被告人重啟此案二審上訴，她也親自著手調查，企圖發掘真相。然而她在調查過程中，愈陷愈身於案件的錯綜複雜情節，而且一步步讓自己與小兒子的生活，也步入危險及混亂之中……
