剧情
15歲少女麗姿是法國阿爾卑斯山區的高中生，她入選了嚴格挑選選手的滑雪隊，目標是成為職業運動員。前冠軍選手轉任教練的費德，對他帶的新一批學生充滿希望，特別是麗姿，儘管她缺乏經驗，費德仍想將她訓練成閃亮新星。在費德的一對一貼身指導下，麗姿將面對遠超出訓練過程的身體與情感壓力。然而麗姿所擁有的決心，是否足以擺脫費德對她的扭曲掌控？
