達力（史蒂芬史翠 飾）原本只是山間部落的一個獵人，跟隨族人打獵維持部落生計，他與美麗的女孩伊芙樂（卡蜜拉貝兒 飾）兩人相愛，日子本應無憂無慮，不知從何處出現的騎兵軍團，改變了他們的生活......這些兇狠的騎兵軍團，使用他們從沒見過的武器與盔甲，襲擊村莊擄走村民與伊芙樂，為了找回心愛的女孩，達力運用獵人的本領追蹤這群兵團。一路上，達力遇到許多跟他有相同遭遇的部落，他與這些部落的勇士們，一起追尋這群軍團的下落，從原本只有寥寥幾個人，成為一個數以萬計的龐大部落聯隊！ 當他們追到這個軍團的同時，他們發現自己對抗的竟然是神明，從未見過高聳入天的金字塔出現眼前，達力是否能破除迷信，領導勇士們，打敗這群文明與力量高於自己的軍團救出心愛的艾芙樂？
