一位北韓高級官員向南韓尋求政治庇護後，南韓中央情報部的海外組組長朴平浩（李政宰 飾）和國內組組長金正道（鄭雨盛 飾）都接到上級指示，要找出一個臥底在情報部深處的北韓間諜。 當這個間諜開始洩露可能危及國家安全的最高機密時，兩位組長分別被指派互相調查對方，在這緊迫的狀況下，他們若找不出這名臥底，自己可能就會遭到指控。 朴平浩和金正道漸漸開始接近真相，最後他們要面對的是對南韓總統的暗殺行動，一個超乎想像的的陰謀…… 一個目標，兩道槍口，這場行動將考驗陷於猜疑和警戒之中兩人的信念。
