剧情
玉青（何莉莉）是大企業家的掌珠，一次偶然，與家貧的遠平（凌雲）一見鍾情，玉青父對此頗為不滿。玉青為助遠平交付母親的醫藥費用，瞞著他偷取家中珍藏的小佛像變賣，怎知青父見失去小佛像，乃前往報警；玉青與遠平驚惶間，為怕坐牢，雙雙飛往泰國。為了生活，遠平冒險參加電單車比賽，結果撞車重傷，玉青只好到夜總會當舞女來支付遠平龐大的醫療費用。怎知夜總會王經理（南宮勳）垂涎玉青美色，將她姦污，遠平尋至，憤而將王打死，玉青見狀，精神頓陷分裂……
