平安夜的晚上，法国巴黎铁塔下充满浓厚节日气氛。沙治（米芝白朗饰）仍然坚负起医生使命，成为市内唯一紧急外诊的医生，风麈扑扑赶赴病人家中进行治疗。怎料到沙他在路上与踏单车的美食送餐员马里克（哈金杰米利饰）发生小意外，更因此引发坐骨神经痛，以致不良于行。马里克情急之下临危受命，戴上AirPods耳机，透过沙治隔空指导，误打误撞成为拯救病人的「冒牌医生」。马里克在过程中错漏百出，更闹出连场误会，令人哭笑不得。沙治以医术治人身体，马里克却以真我个性治愈人心，这对不可多得的医生Buddy为困境中的病人们带来一股暖流与希望。
