法律系毕业生辛尼三十出头，不愿长大和轻浮的性格令女朋友云妮向他提出分手。为了令她回心转意，辛尼向福利署讹称是五岁男孩朱利的生父并收养他，藉以证明自己是可付托终生。岂料云妮去意已决，辛尼只好勉为其难继续收养朱利。辛尼渐渐和朱利培养出感情。这时，福利署揭发辛尼的谎言；为了做“带子洪郎”，辛尼决定踏出人生重要一步……
