庇护所再三个月就即将关门大吉，当中收容的数十位无家妇女们该何去何从？ ！为了让她们有自给自足的能力，庇护所的社工们决定试着开发他们的「职业力」，在面试现场无论是说谎、关说，花招百出，只为了要帮助他们找到工作，开启人生第二春。导演路易斯朱利安派特真实走访巴黎女性女性庇护所一年时间，以平行视角以及喜剧元素描述看似严肃的社会议题，而电影中多名演员皆由过往真实街友参与演出！
