2031년, 식량이 부족하고 정부의 통제를 받는 미래. 대통령 탄핵과 함께 권력을 잡은 해병대 출신의 앙가는 피라나스 정부의 의원으로 승승장구하며, 분리주의단체 ‘리폼’을 뿌리 뽑을 작전을 내놓는다. 작전을 수행하려던 중 수상한 드론을 쫓다 리폼의 본거지로 끌려간 앙가는 그곳에서 실종된 약혼녀 사리와 마주치게 되고 반역자로 몰리며 공격을 받게 된다. 앙가는 자신의 명예와 약혼녀를 구하기 위해 다섯 명의 전우와 함께 끝을 알 수 없는 작전을 준비하는데… 첨단 장비로 무장한 피라나스 정부와 그에 맞서는 여섯 영웅의 목숨을 건 전투가 시작된다!
