빈센트와 조지, 프레드는 같은 직장에서 일하는 세 친구이다. 그들은 서로 고민을 털어놓으며 위안을 받는다. 빈센트는 아름다운 부인 가브리엘과 아이가 있는 누가 보기에도 행복해 보이는 남자다. 그러나 빈센트에게는 다른 여자가 있고, 아내 또한 다른 남자를 만나기 시작한다. 반면 조지는 페미니스트 부인 나탈리 때문에 사사건건 논쟁을 벌인다. 셋 중 유일한 싱글인 빈센트는 싱글 라이프를 즐기는 듯 보이지만, 사실은 가족을 꾸려 정착하고 싶어한다.
