라주는 몇 년 전부터 버려진 자식처럼 살고 있다. 어머니를 집밖으로 내몬 냉혹한 아버지 때문이다. 아버지는 지방법원 판사로 있다. 라주는 부모님과의 불편한 관계가 실제 어떻게 시작하는 깨닫기 위해 한 소매치기와 함께 판자집에서 산다. 라주는 결국 소매치기도 죽이고 아버지까지 죽이려다 실패하고 체포되어 법원으로 이송되는데…
