香港警察では、最大麻薬組織のボス、チュウ・タオを摘発する重要な捜査会議が行なわれていた。チェン・カクー刑事は山奥のスラム街で張り込みしチュウの秘書サリナを逮捕した。その隙にチュウに逃げられてしまうがチュウ一味にジャックされた路線バスを必死に追跡しチュウの逮捕も成功する。ある日、司法取引に応じたサリナが釈放され、身辺警護を命じられたチェン刑事は、彼女の出廷を妨害しようとするチュウの部下たちと激しい闘いが始まる。
