Lorsque Gonzo oublie d'envoyer trois lettres au Père Noël, il convainc Kermit et la bande de l'aider à livrer les lettres au pôle Nord. En cours de route, ils découvrent que Noël est le moment idéal pour être avec ceux qui vous tiennent le plus à cœur. Ils rentrent ensuite chez eux pour réaliser le souhait de Noël d'un ami.
