تدور احداث الفيلم حول قصة غون، قاتل مأجور يعيش حياة باردة ووحيدة في أمريكا، يشعر بالندم بعد خطأ قاتل أثناء مهمة. يعود إلى كوريا لتنفيذ آخر مهامه حيث يلتقي بـ مو كيونغ، امرأة فقدت عائلتها وتعيش في ألم دائم. يجتمع الرجل الذي لم يعد لديه ما يخسره مع المرأة التي لم يتبق لها شيء، ليواجه كل منهما مصيرًا مشحونًا بالأسرار والقرارات المصيرية.
